Ne Obliviscaris - Equus - Drum Cam - Live Hellfest 2024 - KEVIN PARADIS

It is now the end of what has been 14 month behind the kit with Ne Obliviscaris with 68 gigs across Europe, North America and Australia. Indeed, after Hellfest, the band has informed me that they will welcome back Dan Presland behind the kit. I want to thank the band for the opportunity of serving their beautiful music live during these successful tours and festivals, an opportunity that gave me even more will and passion for my job. It was an amazing experience that came to me unexpectedly. I gave it my best shot, and I hope I was able to serve the music well during all these amazing shows. I understand the band decision, albeit It wasn’t without any sad feelings that I said goodbye to the band in the very same airport we meet for the first time back in May 2023, at Helsinki. I remain as motivated as ever to give my best to Benighted and for any opportunity that might comes to me. OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM NE OBLIVISCARIS : “First of all, we just wanted to thank @kevin_paradis_drumming who has done a wonderful job over the last 14 months as the band’s live drummer on our EXUL world tour. Kevin has been part of some of our best ever tours and we are grateful for his contribution in creating so many special moments performing as a band during this time. Reuniting with @dan__presland on drums was not something we had in mind until quite recently. But after 3 years apart, and a rekindled friendship, the lure of performing both ‘Citadel’ and ‘Exul’ albums in full with Dan behind the kit is something we are incredibly excited about. This exciting news, combined with our just completed European summer festival tour, the amazing new Mark Lewis re-master of ‘Citadel’ on the horizon (out Aug 16) - which sounds simply incredible- & our first ever tour through South America this November, sets up an amazing second half of 2024 for the band. We can’t wait to share this updated version of Citadel with you & see you on the road!"

I got to see you with NeO in Dallas, TX here in the US and you did fantastic!
