From my experience after solo climbing to D4 EUW for the first time, there's atleast 1 or 2 boosted players in each lobby and it's mainly supports and junglers. The game quality in high plat was so much better.

As a Teemo main, myself... I can say for sure that what separates good Teemo players from bad ones is the aggression. Good Teemo players will make the lane HELL to play against. In this instance he did a great job with that Garen, albeit Garen is probably one of the easiest lanes for Teemo.

Serious question about the ghost against Garen thing (maybe a Teemo specific thing though, but why would Neace play alot of Teemo vs Garen?). Don't you just waste Ghost and then he runs at u again when it expires and he has q up again (7 seconds or something)? I can see it work in low elo maybe, but I would just play against Garen as intended : don't underestimate the distance between us, play for wave, pick scaling if I can and take TP... Also first picking Teemo is asking to die, while Picking Teemo into Garen doesn't make to much sense either, when theres alot of better options out there.

Garen's whole shtick is all ins. If you can avoid his all in as teemo with ghost, you have your w movement speed buff to counter his q and he's completely powerless.

This is hard to explain because the reasoning you gave is the exact thing we'd say about flash. Since ghost last a few sec you can turn the fight, if you kite. Flash just ends the play. Then you walk back up to the wave but with no flash.

berserkers are the least cost efficient boots you could possibly buy like ever. Sorc boots are far far superior for teemo especially. The best build is this Sorc boots, Nashors tooth, Liandrys those are the tri-fecta for teemo after that you can go Demonic embrace, Rabadons, shadowflame, lich bane, zhonyas, void staff If you build the ultra burn build you want the Tri-fecta and then demonic, Shadowflame, and then finally rabadons. If enemy team is more tanky and CC heavy switch out the demonic for Zhonyas, and try to either use it to avoid ults, or use to get optimal damage in team fights after throwing shrooms.

One of his major issues I'd argue is he's playing Teemo in the first place. There are some champions, like teemo, Donger is another that don't really work in high ello. Teemo is easy to counter pick, and even in a 50 50 lane defeat. His late game while shrooms are great is countered by a sweaper lens and pink wards. In order to defeat teemo in lane all you gotta do is make him use Q let it wear off and go in and kill him. Its honestly that simple. He's a terrible champion design honestly. Donger is similar but worse, he litterly only wins by his enemy making a mistake, higher you climb less mistakes they make.

Well, let me tel l you this. If you are the type of player like this, who plays teemo and when he cant play teemo he swaps it with other ranged champion. If you are not skilled enough to play melee vs melee and want to abuse range advantage then your rank is misinformative. You may be Diamond but you still a Gold in reality. Whenever i see that i have to play against ranged top i just pick annie top and make this game unplayable for you. And i advise others do the same. After you get your level 6 as annie you just kill him with your full combo, and your cooldown isnt that long on your ult so you can do it again and again. Teemo/vayne/quinn/kennen or whatever the fck they decide to pick top cant do anything against it.
