This is a quick interview with my friend Nico Carver. He has been a great addition to the astronomy and astrophotography community. With his channel he has provided us with many great resources that are hard to find elsewhere.

Nico & Ben, two exceptionally nice guys and "resources" for the AstroPhoto community ❤❤

So great to listen and watch two of my favorite astrophotographers talking on the subject. ❤ I’m trying to get my head around wavesharp, the replacement for Registax for planetary deconvolution.

Love these joint productions of my favorite Astro KZbinrs. Not only informative, but it feels like we “at large” members of the community can join in. This is a wonderful community that forgets our earthly troubles and looks up into the awesome vastness of space.

It always good to see two of my go to guys on KZbin. And when Ben asked the question about needed software development, I immediately thought of planetary, so it was good to see them go there too. I wonder if this could be added to APP or PixInsight.

I'm so happy seeing you. That was a cool interview. I guess ZWO needs to step up with its ASIAIR to accommodate power for lenses heaters, support domes and maybe even create a dome for a telescope

Dome integrations is a long ways away.

I can recommend that you get a dual remote wireless microphone setup for your channel. There are multiple choices here, from companies like DJI, Shure, etc.... That way you can wear one yourself, and have the other one for your guest that you are interviewing.

Next year. However I like the mic. it isolates out other noises like no clip on mic can.

Almost all of the stacks I did in Sirilic came out worse than DSS or even using Siril directly. I'm not blaming the software because I'm 100% sure its user error.

Post processing is my least favorite part of astrophotography. When will AI (real AI; not the phoney marketing AI) streamline the process? I could see a software that takes your data and, with key inputs from you, produces a selection of finished images. My joy is in the experience under the night sky; not endless hours at a computer.
