Each session is £200 so not cheap. But if you have ever dealt with mental health issues its TOTALLY worth it. After 10 sessions I felt so much better. Look into it mate! Lots online. Take care 👍🤙

as a wiser guy than these mofoes let me lecture you: nothing you hear or think about will change your life. its not a matter of logic and attention, its a matter of experience and self-awareness. so go out and live it. thats how these guys did it, the fact that they share that outcome with you, it does not mean that you will absorb it. you have to figure it out yourself, in your own ways - through experience.

"Disposition is the most valuable thing in the world." That is the truth! 12 steppers need to step outside and look back in, it helps but then becomes the new detrimental addiction. This sounds messed up but if there was a list of comedians most likely to take their own lives....I worry that Theo is somewhere near the top. He expresses things that remind me a little too much of people who have ended up taking their own life. I hope he has people close to him keeping an eye on him.

I have the worst habit of not clicking on things where I don't know who the guest is. And i almost didn't watch this but it just started playing after another video and it really caught my interest so I started it over and sat down and watched it. I am so happy I did it was a really good episode. (I don't know what you call podcasts ) This guy was a excellent speaker and listener. I felt like he was getting Theo to open up more and to understand himself more then anyone else has. Plus he understood THEO' s jokes and could keep up with them. I hate when people don't understand him and act so confused or give serious responses to his joke comments...... but yeah this was a good one. I really liked it I am gonna go check out this guys special. Love you Theo don't be so hard on yourself we all think your doing great. Just stay yourself and everyone will be right by your side supporting you in anything you do in the future.. Neal was 100% correct when he said the only thing that could fuck anything up is if you changed and werent being yourself anymore...

One of the things I've spoken about even with friends who dont fully get it is how much it irked me at my old jobs when people would ask what lunch I'd either brought in, was about to buy, or worse, had bought with it sitting directly in front of me for them to see! Theyre the kinds of things I feel like I have to default to fit in and partly why 'dating' is so hard.
