Watched the first 30 minutes of the video and learned two things: 1. Be yourself. Don't copy others. Walk in your own shoes, not someone else's. Think long term. 2. You can hire anyone to do any job in the world, except for hiring the right person. That job is yours alone.

The next 30 minutes: The next KZbin innovations: 1. To make the platform more interactive KZbin could create interactive videos that allow viewers to answer questions, participate in polls, and make choices to know whether the viewer has understood the video. This is particularly useful for students. This would make the viewing experience more engaging and help viewers to learn more from the videos they watch. 2. To build in AI in KZbin KZbin could use AI to create automated video summaries. This would allow users to quickly catch up on the latest videos without having to watch them all the way through.

Much enjoyed this 53 minute interview with Mr. Neal Mohan CEO of You Tube. I believe he is a CEO that believes in corporate social responsibilty. I can tell the way he answers the questions that he really cares about his company creators, viewers and staff. There isn't a day goes by that I don't visit the You Tube website. I really enjoy You tube and appreciate it is run in a ethical manner for the 2 billion viewers Also the interviewer Miss Shannon Beckham did an excellent job with asking great questions!. Depends on the availability of high speed, affordable, accessible on demand internet, YT would make most of the cable network similar to print media these days. As the YT removed the entry barriers to the talented people, provided a level playing field to challenge the status Que. Also because of its reach, the creators can make their content for global audience with border perspective. However these created with fixed, linear story line - its flat, with less interactive or immersive to the audience. IMO, sooner or later, when immersive tech available to masses this "flat" n linear - fixed story telling become "rigid" way of one way communication. Let us say, what If, if you could visit - virtually - any national park, any day (depends on season), any time, how will you experience - if you have the control over duration of your stay, area where you want to explore, etc. It will be fun when AI would assist in creating VR data sets to make these kind of virtual space where the end user can experience, control, (not just linear play/pause/rewind/ etc). Let us see how tech evolves...
