Good morning Alessandra HI 👋 How are you doing I hope all is well? I can not remember if I ever Had Neapolitan Eggplant 🍆 Balls. Before , They 👀 look very easy to make I may have to give these a try . I like eggplant 🍆 it’s nice too have different ways to prepare it. Thank you 🙏 for the new recipe,I cannot wait to try it. @@alessandrasfoodislove HI 👋 Alessandra It’s funny 😄 how some recipes do that to us they bring back all kinds of memories your Taralli Pugliesi recipe did it for me ,I always made them With my mom my job was too keep an eye on them when they would boil and float to the top then I would place them on a cookie sheet so they could be baked in the oven.
