Hey buddy I love the work you're doing, awesome stuff! I didn't realize voltage could be increased with a pwm like that! Do you have a link where I could get one or is yours custom? That's some impressive speed!

Thanks for the feedback. The PWM doesn't actually increase the voltage. What I did was increase the voltage with the power supply. At most PWM settings, the motor will only draw a limited amount of voltage. I set it there for when I have to start the motor and it needs current. Once the motor is started, I actually have to TURN DOWN the PWM to limit the current, and at a certain point, the motor gets into some kind of resonant condition, and it begins to use more and more of the voltage that the power supply is providing. That extra voltage speeds it up. Once that happens, I can turn up the PWM incrementally to get more current, but as you see in the video the transistors (rated at 90W) blow out once I hit 50V and 2A, or 100W. The PWM is a RioRand 7-80V PWM DC Motor Speed Controller Switch 30A that I bought on Amazon. It's good for over 300W at 12V and 500W at 72V. Here is the link to the PWM on Amazon. I'll also post it in the video description. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071NQ5G71
