It's a bad situation on both sides for sure. But definitely all these people that didn't pay rent and the mortgage still needed to be paid as well as homeowners insurance and taxes. So I for one can appreciate all the landlords and I think mine all the time but then again I had my rent ready for them on the 1st as well I was one of the lucky ones and I thank the Lord everyday. There was a very little that was not open in Florida a year ago. the feeling here at least in Northeast Florida is basically what it should always be. I'm absolutely flabbergasted that the woman in the first was given assistance for osteo-arthritis. Is that normal for the US? Here in the province of Ontario in Canada there is no such thing. Osteo is very common. Nearly every human will get some level of osteo in their life. The fact she is not working upsets me to no end. Shame on her! What is she going to do as she ages and the osteo gets worse? Osteo-arthritis should be taken off the list for receiving benefits. Now if it were rheumatoid arthritis I would definitely understand. It is a horrible thing to have. I do apologise if I've made some of you angry but I'm not taking back what I said. I've been dealing with osteo for over 30 years and it has gotten bad enough that I can barely walk yet have yet to see a penny of compensation. Nor do I expect any.

Something I'd like an answer to. Landlords buy these properties and take loans from the bank to buy them. Joey never gave the landlords help paying the banks and there were thousands of rental properties foreclosed on by the banks who evicted the tenants (the owner wasn't a renter) They were allowed to evict the renters without any problem. However the small guy, who for the most part, was the one that suffered can't even buy a used car now because his credit is in the toilet!! However the banks are making a killing increasing the rents on a house or apartment they payed 50% what was paid by the landlord ???
