Been to this mall a couple of times in the late 90’s/ early 2000’s. My Dad worked at Sears Auto Center in Columbus, OH for 43 years retiring in 2016. Sad to see Sears and this mall declining. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

Wow thanks for that man, yea it was my first time here and listening to that interview about sears being there for so long and being taken is very heartbreaking! Thanks again for watching and if you can support with a sub I’ll have and have other vids like this :)

There are three Dillard's because they were different stores. Dillard's West - original one Dillard's South -Gayfers Dillard's East - Belk Lindsey (and possibly a Burdine's at one time) Books-A-Million was Walgreen's and it had the same "back entrance" into the mall itself. Applebee's was never there. Piccadilly Cafeteria was at the food court, as was a Cinnabon.

I think online shopping took over all these malls, and the ones that survived are the ones in touristy areas. Even some outlets have closed and don’t get me started on flea markets. The only one I’ve seen in the Orlando area is the air conditioned one off 192 in Kissimmee

Used to love Sanford Flea Market on 17-92...which is now gone too. It's like they moved overnight and left an empty campsite...kind of sad driving by there and seeing nothing

it's not quite fashion square but it's getting there. i think i been to volusia a few times during vacations to d-beach in the 80s and 90s. it was definitely bustling during its heyday back then.

At least there's some places still occupied. You want to see a disaster, go to the Regency in Jacksonville.

This was good, my only criticism is instead of clickbaiting, you could’ve used an actual thumbnail photo of the mall.
