I remember downloading Berserk in college 16 years ago from the evil genius subs. It was so good and I waited every blue moon for another chapter. Haven't touched it since I graduated and waiting for these hardcovers to catch up to where I left off (when they were making their way to the fairy king). Been buying each one up for the eventual reread when it gets back to where I left off.

They never showed it in their "coming soon" or "new releases" sections, so how could one have it put in his wish list or actually buy it. I remember I used to check regularly (since the covid, I'm on line day in day out for practically the whole day) if they had it two days before and after the announced day of released, didn't see it. I actually checked if it was there after the stroke of midnight of the day of the release, it wasn't there either. Anyway, water under the bridge.

​@@NearMintCondition It's funny to re-read my comment after I just read the 3 volumes for the first time. I waited 3 years to read this, and now that I have, it was a huge disappointment. I agree that this second volume is the peak, and I did like the part with the siege of the hellsing hq, but before and after that it's just bad. Bad writing, bad and repetitive dialogue it just feels pointless and the only thing I liked throughout the books is the artwork and the build of the books. But I didn't regret buying these, just it was a huge letdown, I thought that if something comes out in deluxe edition it must be good :) For comparison, I just started Vagabond and it's great, I've read AoT and FMA and those were great too. I hope my next DH deluxe edition I want to read (BoI) will be better than this.
