I went for the deluxe edition for Tula’s cover. The book has a small unsigned tipped in bookplate, along with the aforementioned short story and process sketches. It has a much higher price point so if you’re interested in this essentially for the collected story I’d say go with the basic hardcover. Dstrlry are also offering a high end signed edition.

DSTLRY: You're already asking a lot of customers with format and price point. It's irritating that your standard hardcover collected editions do not collect everything available, and that you're publishing deluxe editions and cover collections with materials that typically are commonplace with most other publisher's offerings.

It really is a poor choice by them. It's insulting to their customers to charge these prices and then not include everything in the standard edition, especially since the "limited" editions are so hard to find not to mention pricey. I love the art in this, but I'm skipping it on principal - I will not reward these kinds of practices, there are too many great books out there for me to bother with this nonsense.

Book isnt on my radar but i love the overview so i get an idea what the Blasfamous collected will look like Apparently they have an oversized option and that got my curiosity immediately

The deluxe edition includes the short story from the Devil's Cut one-shot, which teased all of DSTLRY's initial offerings, plus some more process extras and such. It kinda irritated me that the short story was not included in the regular hardcover, but I do have the one-shot, so it's not a huge deal.

Never much cared for Becky Cloonan comics, but I'm super pumped for DSTLRY. Spectregraph by James Tynion IV is pretty damn good.

I looked through the digital version. Tried to dive into it, but the book just isn’t fit me I guess. The story wasn’t captivating and felt shallow. All it showed is feelings of an unhappy woman eaten by her desires, losing touch with reality, without too much real events happening to progress the plot, but what happens makes little sense and is not so interesting to read. If you’re in for the art, you won’t go disappointed, but the story is just meh
