I’ve got an issue with my one where it’s flashing red and it’s making a noise

What kind of noise? Red usually means a fault of some kind, the Wi-Fi maybe?

It’s automation means it works almost as well as a manual cleaner

Have you got the app? Often times these machines need to connect the app, then you enter your Wi-Fi details and it stores them. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

@@Chris-techgamesfood I bought it off someone the other day they are saying it’s not connecting to the Wi-Fi. I’ve downloaded the app on my phone. I’ve tried everything I can I don’t know if they had it already connected to their Wi-Fi

Yeah mine didnt find my wifi when i tried to add it as a new device but then i shared wifi from a second phone for the adding part and then connected it to my wifi and it worked. Now im stuck in a infinite ”updating…” window. Possibly have to follow some yt tutorial on how to do the update externaly with a usb stick if the updating never stops.

I don’t think the newer ones have USB support, maybe turn off privacy settings on your Wi-Fi

There’s likely a combo of buttons to reset it, unfortunately I don’t know what that is, sorry
