No, first you should do nebosh igc, then you can go for iDip, because "those students who want to do iDip they must have basic knowledge about safety management",it would be better for them and ielts is not for this course, only students should knowledge of English to write and understand.

Basically NEBOSH IGC will provide you foundation for NEBOSH IDIP
