why do people even bother to get mad? this is a NCAA championship account, they obviously are going to post the biggest matches in the history of the tournament and most of these matches have been played by nebraska or penn state, like.....

People like to get mad over nothing so they can justify their feelings. Just butt hurt Texans in here.

Omg this happened even this year. Yes Texas won, but NEB still played amazing matches throughout the tournament so orc they're gonna repost it.

Who's here 8 years later after Texas returned the favor vs Nebraska by sweeping them in the Championship final in 2023?
@jaylonsalazar12916 ай бұрын
@LikethatsfubtgBut the point is Nebraska swept Texas in the Championship game in 2015 and Texas did the same thing to Nebraska in the Championship game 8 years later. Also on another note Texas made back to back Championship appearances in 2015 and 2016 losing both to Nebraska and Stanford but they won back to back in 2022 and 2023 sweeping both Louisville and Nebraska.

lmao that’s because nebraska has so many historically good matches to watch. how many championships does wisconsin have? oh that’s right…. same with stanford lol glad they reposted that 2016 championship as well. nebraska will be pretty deadly next year as they are bringing in no 1 recruit yet again plus some top notch recruits. wisconsin looks pretty good as well but loses a lot of seniority that was pivotal in the 2021 match. thank goodness they have smrek tho lol.
@kiaram86883 жыл бұрын
@@oscorpio1365 they don’t really have a good setter tho. Kennedi Orr seems to be good and I really want her to succeed but she chokes a lot under pressure. I think that was seen because she didn’t start this year. She also has a really weak and inconsistent serve (serves into the net a lot). Lexi Rodriguez is amazing but I think she still has to find her footing since she’s only a freshman (she will be more amazing than she already is tho)They don’t have a strong pin hitter and I think as we’ve seen with Stanford, having the top recruiting class doesn’t mean much. I want them to succeed but there might be a new dominating force next year. I really hope they are strong next season. As for Wisconsin, they lose Sydney Hilley but they have Izzy Ashburn (she went to highschool and set Sydney Hilley who was an outside hitter) and she has an incredible serve/good defense. They lose Dana Rettke but have Anna Smrek who is only a freshman and outhit Rettke against Louisville in the semi finals.They also have Devyn Robinson, Jade Demps, Danielle Hart (who I believe is coming back for another season), and the amazing Big 10 freshman of the year and Julia Orzol (who is an amazing defensive player and a consistent hitter). They only signed one new player for next year, which I think shows they’re confident in their team for next season.

@@kiaram8688 i’m sorry i just completely disagree… lexi rodriguez is completely outstanding and does her job well. the accolades speak for itself, she has been very good at adjusting throughout the season. i do agree she will get tons better as does any player. when she is a senior she will be a beast, kennedi is a great setter and being at nebraska will help her develop a great serve; something she probably didn’t practice much at eagan given she was relied upon for both hitting and setting. Although they didn’t win the championship in 2021, getting there and losing 2-3 is still outstanding in its own right. i do however agree that they need more production out of the outsides, i’m hoping john cook makes major adjustments and puts lauenstein or krause on the outside, they take very aggressive swings from the left pin but are also very good on the right. Kayla comes back so offense coming out of the middle will not be a problem, and nebraskas defensive unit is back which has REALLY been the back bone of nebraska’s success. nebraska’s monster of a defensive lineup with Akana, Rodriguez, and Knuckles all returning. Wisconsin unfortunately loses Barnes and Civita who were undeniably wisconsin’s defensive backbone. And people really underestimate how pivotal sydney hilly was to the success wisconsin had in the semifinal and final… using dempz and smrek at right moments, fooling blockers and giving her hitters very good looks. that takes a very special talent. it’s going to be interesting to see how wisconsin trains their defense over the summer, and how izzy will fill hillys shoes. she is not as good a defender in my opinion, she will have to work on that. and it’s invalidating to say the no 1 recruiting class means nothing lol, especially when stanford won 3 out of 4 championships BECAUSE they had the no 1 recruiting class, still making it to the national semifinal the year they lost.

@@kiaram8688 i agree on orzol she will be pivotal as well, but nebraska returns very promising players with freshman’s krause and batenhorst who really put up good numbers in the post season minus the final match. they will get better and are hungry for more. overall we can hypothesize all we want but volleyball is really not a predictable sport. we’ll see what happens i guess! i’m just excited for another great b1g season.

But Bruh all of these matches are great matches. Nebraska has played a lot of great matches. I mean literally just this year they played Wisconsin in a classic national championship. What matches would you like to see? Name a few, go on. What would you like to see? Stanford? Penn State?

@@crissanchez3639 no I’m a Texas fan and it’s not even the fact that they post a lot of Nebraska matches, it’s the fact that they rarely post full matches and when they do it’s mostly Nebraska matches. If they posted Texas, Stanford, Penn state historic matches then I’m good but it’s ridiculous that it’s just Nebraska like they are the only team in the country.

@@jacobjohnson3386 Well maybe it could just be a recency bias. I mean what this young Nebraska team this past year was incredible and brought the program to the forefront of NCAA Women’s Volleyball. I’m a Nebraska fan so I don’t mind it at all but maybe that’s why all they’re posting is that.

@@crissanchez3639they post Nebraska because their games get views. Lots of views. Look at the view counts between other matches. It’s not rocket science. I don’t know why people are mad about something extremely obvious
