I had my Capsule 3 Laser since release and really did love the picture/audio quality...but only in absolute darkness even at dusk it struggled not to mention it really did need to be plugged in for more than 1hr movies/sports games when using out at the pool or abroad. So I am considering to re-sell and get a Mars 3 for the 3x brightness and 3x battery not to mention the weatherproofing and durability add-ons. How does the picture quality save for brightness which you covered compare to the laser? It seems to be better just due to the brightness although both are 1080p technically.

Oh dear you have done it for me ... Building my garage/workshop/man cave and patio ..... this would be epic to project onto the side of it .... Note to self: Chat with the wife and consider alternative finish to exterior of said garage/workshop/man cave .... 😁

So may I ask, the nebula mars 3 or the nebula cosmos 4k??? Besides price, @allthingstech which one would you pick? Also, what pizza oven is that? 🍕

And no mention of the blacks when comparing the two? The Mars 3 projects a gray rectangle across its entire surface, so when using auto correction, you can clearly see that as a gray borders. And because of you are picked up the room lightning to hide that, it isn't visible on the video. Also, both of them can't produce a pixel-perfect image, they blur out individual pixels if you try to display it. Also their focus distance and height are the same, so you can't put Mars 3 farther than Capsule 3 Laser, and if you do so, you are loosing a quality. So, you have to place those projectors in front of you to get a good picture, without any other choice.
