NEC 4.0kg Twin Tub Washing Machine

Just a quick demo of my recent freebie acquisition. A Hot wash with some undies and socks. Using USA Persil Pearls, great detergent! I also demonstrate how I rinse in the spinner which is very quick and very effective. Spin speed on these machines is about 1400rpm. Enjoy!

I would advise rinsing in the wash side with clear water no soap, after draining first. Rinsing in the dry side in a tiny space will not get the clothes rinsed well.

I agree! I do a pre rinse in the spin side whilst I’m washing more in the wash side and then refill for a deep rinse.

@@mattie17 indent use the spin for that I just find that rinsing on the wash side is more practical. I'm glad you love your machine, ty for sharing.

You can do deep rinses in the spin dryer - what he did was drain rinsing = clicking the valve dial to turn on the pump and switch water diverter to rinse - with the water pouring through the laundry, with him squeezing out the water - out the spin drum > pump (turning the camera to his sink = the wash water/suds coming out of the drain hose - demonstrating another method of rinsing - with these modern twin-tubs that have a separate powered drain pump.

Y no podés subir la manguera de desagüe 🤦 la bomba de desagüe. Trabaja el doble para empujar el agua para arriba..se recomienda dejarla para abajo desagota más rápido y ala vez cuidas más el motor 🙆

First of all, you are not to put HOT water in these types of machines. Why? Because they are a type of plastic!!! You can use warm & cold, but not HOT!! With these types of machines it is vital to follow the instructions carefully; or watch several YT videos on how to operate these washer/spin dryer machines. Automatic washers & dryers can get to be costly--particularly the bigger the machines. Cost can run from $900-$2,800 for a washer & a dryer combination. For those who need to save up for this type of expenditure, and have gotten tired of going to a laundromat, these twin tub machines can be a very nice option. If you take care of the machine properly, it will prolongs its usefulness for your household. Actually like this one better than some currently sold here in the States. Better build quality. Have also seen a vid. on the Hitachi twin tub, and it is also a better build quality than most sold here in the States.
