HATCH MAN I kinda understand that they nerfed CC cuz they don't wanna make this games to be too much of rock/paper/scissor thing. CC can either be the best or worst character in the games depending on who he fight against. But they should've compensating it with some huge buff maybe give him something to help him fight against zoner or anything not just Dmg buff on his lv.3 trait. (Sorry for my bad English)
