This is the best Jason Voorhees figure Neca has ever made, in my opinion. They nailed every aspect of part 7. I love the figure so much I bought two of them, so I could display him masked and unmasked.

The sythe is totally correct. The blade is supposed to be easily accessible, to swap out of the handle. There are a couple ways that's achieved and the design here, is one of those ways. So, it wasn't an oversight, or a "cheap out" from neca, they nailed it... as they usually do! Sik

I was waiting so long for this one to come out, because I see Part 7 as Jason’s ultimate/most recognizable design from the 80s next to Part 3. Part 7 was the first F13 movie I watched too, so I had to get him as my main Jason figure (aside from NES Jason, I just had to get him!)

The bush cutter is a great weapon but the handle is so fragile. Mine broke off and I had to super glue it back in place. Not the cleanest looking glue job but it works and Jason can still hold it.

I was just gifted this for Christmas, my first NECA figure. A family member knew part 7 had my favorite Jason design. I find it difficult to get the weapons into his hands, but I managed to get him to hold the machete. I guess I need practice. Lol Side note. I notice his clothing looks blue, or possibility grey, in your video, or maybe that's just me. I'm glad you mention that it's green, because that's how the figure appears to me IRL. (I know there are a lot of bootlegs out there)

The Version you can buy out there at the moment is just missing the second split mask. All other parts are in the package. Was there a re release so neca decided to spare the split mask??

I love Kane honestly i really do but i absolutely love the actor that portreyed part 3 jason i just felt he was more animalistic yet contempt and satisfied with bloodlust however kane did amazing with the head turns whenever he thought it worked well but alas part 3 is my absolute favorite and always will be

The knife is good for an H1 Michael as it is very close to what he used, just a little shorter. Also i know there is an 2021 version but i dont remember there being any real difference. i did remember seeing an 2020 version in an "nerd" store that the bones were more white and the clothes were a little more bright green.

So I have this figure but my knife broke and on the saw the handle is broken and his legs are loose and my local Best Buy has the figure in stock do I buy a new one just for those small inconveniences or do I deal with it

i'm glad you came clean about staging taking him out of the box because i was shocked appalled at the thought of this masterpiece rotting (more than usual) in a tote somewhere lol. Nothing woulda made sense. up would've been down, right would've been left, dogs and cats living together.....mass hysteria!!!!

see I'd take Jason Goes To Hell over Jason X, don't care for the camp that they added to that movie, wished for the kind of movie they were making that it could have had a more serious tone to it, like Aliens Colonial Marines vs Jason Voorhees.

Is it because Jason Goes to Hell only features Jason himself in the beginning and at the end? The rest of the movie has him possessing other people and using their bodies to kill. JGTH is the better movie between the two, though. It's a lot less stupid lol.

@@thecloak5203 Oh, please. Jason X is not a good movie. Having something "new" and "different" doesn't automatically make it better. That's not a get out of jail free card. It may be creative, but it's still ridiculously campy and the idea of Jason existing far into the future and killing people in space is absurd. If the franchise hadn't already jumped the shark before that point...it certainly did with Jason X.
