the devil is in the details, it says "must not withhold payment for any merchandise received from NECA", keyword 'received', not purchased, i.e. if they sent you something you didn't order in error, ya better pay up for said item, don't you dare dispute a charge for an unpurchased item, like say, an extra Donatello Laboratory, or else you won't be in "good standing", meanwhile I've still yet to receive any shipping notice for my NYCC exclusives.

Let's be real here. The folks that bought Donnie's lab have more than likely bought many Neca products and specifically many TMNT products. They would probably buy many more. Does Neca really think it's in their interest to risk alienating their most loyal customers? They should accept they made an error and consider the extra labs as a thank you to these folks. Make new one's for those that got missed and really cake on the rewards for any that actually do send back the extra lab. Keep your customers happy Neca. Take care of them, they will take care of you.

They want me to spend an additional $191 when I’ve already spent over $800 this calendar year. Even if we remove the shipping charges and tax, I’m still over the $400 threshold. The math isn’t mathing here… I’m not sure if they’re starting from the implementation of the rewards program or what, but they should at least say that’s when the balance starts to get counted rather than saying it’s for the calendar year. Regardless, I’m pretty sure I’ve crossed the threshold and I shouldn’t need to spend an additional $191…

I have a $135 dollar order still MIA, was in stock items, going on 4 months now, contacted NECA multiple times, twice the reply was a stock message saying it is shipping soon according to the system but still no ship no change. Literally four months of waiting, the money been taken, in stock items usually within 10 days. Even with their system update this is going on too long specially with customer service not addressing it. Items are probably sold out and gone. So I’m just getting boned all over.

I logged in and it shows me at Premium Tier, but that is bad messaging. What's worse I'm still waiting for items I was supposed to receive (Monsterizer and Last Ronin Leo) but instead got sent a Christmas Story Leg Lamp. What's more they want me to send back that Leg Lamp, but I also am still waiting for the return shipping label and while I understand its not the same as Donnie's Lab or Baby Beetlejuice I can't help but feel a bit disappointed that I haven't been offered any compensation for their error.

Ok, quick question, so does anyone know how many of these labs were sent out that were mistakes? The reason I ask is because how bad financially will this be for them to just suck up the loss? Why not just do another pre-order opportunity for labs again to insure everyone who order originally but didn’t receive it will be able to get it from another short production run, while simultaneously allowing more to generate income. Am I wrong about how this works or should? Also this new program I don’t think it’s going to work, I think it’s just a smart ploy to get their labs back, the current rewards program isn’t any good, I have like 18000 points but there’s nothing I want to use my points on and they are going to expire in July
