NECA did a BTTF accessory set for preorder back in October, it is supposed to ship somtime this year. It includes Einstein!

I think you could heat the head with hot water and force it onto the balljoint, it just seems like the other two Doc Browns have slightly smaller holes in their head than this one does, but softening the head I'm sure it would fit
