neca has a fantastic customer service team. the problem is you are not their customer. walmart and target are their customers.

Talking about missing out, I missed out on tmnt cartoon figures like Shredder and Casey and I would love to see NECA make another one of these, maybe a kind of ultimate version with individual packaging. I just love what they are doing with tmnt IP.

I am blown away with the Gargoyles stuff and those Mirage TMNT figures are what I always wanted since I first started collecting TMNT Comics back in the day. Really excited for the 35th anniversary Robocop action figures, especially ED -209. Very pleased to hear that Kevin Eastman is doing the packaging artwork on the Mirage TMNT action figures. Would love to see the 2003 cartoon get some new action figures from NECA if possible, in the near future.

You could see a part of Randy shut off when he mentioned Haulathon. I'm sure it was beyond Randy's control, much like the Loot Crate debacle, but man... at some point, you gotta acknowledge that there's a problem so the customers don't feel like they're going insane.
