I love this routine and do like to do it every day. Such clear instruction! Thank you!! Idea... what if you put a second set without the instruction after the first one? I've been fast forwarding through the instructions now that I've got it but still love the structure of working with you.

When the workouts have repeated sets, that's exactly what we do :) but sometimes the workouts are meant to be quick, one-time through so that people can fit it into their busy days.

i have a bad neck and shoulder for over a year there is a trigger point in my neck when i press on it pain arrives all the way to my shoulder what may cause it

Hmm that sounds like it would be best to get an individual assessment by a physiotherapist. There are several muscles that attach from the shoulder to the neck, including the upper trapezius and levator scapulae among others, so you may need some manual therapy to address that specific issue.

I have an s shape scoliosis. The right sided Dorso lumbar scoliosis extending through DVII- LVI cobb's angle = 16.7 degrees. the left sided lumbar scoliosis extending through LV2-5 with cobb's angle = 18.8 degrees. The digital x-ray also shows associated rotational deformity. May you guide me with some exercises to do that can help in reducing the degrees of my curves and getting rid of my rib hump? I hope you reply me .. and thank you for all the valuable content you present.. 🌷

Hi there, we can't provide medical advice or individualized treatment recommendations over youtube, please find a healthcare practitioner in your area who is trained in scoliosis who can assess and treat your specific concerns.

I really thank you for your reply, but unfotunately I keep on searching for someone who is specialized in such a case and I haven't found yet. I'd be thankful if you informed me if you afford online meetings just to guide me with some exercises to practice on my own at home or in the gym.

We can't provide online appointments to people outside of Canada. If you're looking for exercises to practice at home for general fitness, the rest of our workouts on our channel are still suitable for people with scoliosis.
