It's me, Maximus Rex. Thank you for including my video on your channel. I wish the light in the first part was better. However all the information was delivered. I hope that more people will train their neck. I really love training with the bullworker and wish that I would have discovered it years ago. The best method for building muscle with the bullworker is Heavy Duty by Mike Mentzer in my opinion. I will keep you updated on my neck and training. Thank you again for featuring me on your channel.

hello, I need your advice. I once had the original one many years ago. But now I can purchase the X5 for a decent price. But does the X5 have the ability to change the springs to change the tension? And are the cables made of a different material from the pictures I have seen it looks different. Please advise. Thank you

Hello and thanks for the question. The Original X5 does not have the ability to change springs. Where are you located? We recommend waiting for the new X5 Pro to release as that is the best Bullworker to date. However, the Bow Classic and Steel Bow are also fantastic Bullworkers. They are steel cables.

Some of these exercises can be done without head protection using just one of the ISO-FLO straps.

Only with the light springs. Neck curls/extensions with the strongest spring require head protection if you want to focus on neck stimulation and not fighting the pain

what type of cables are the x5 Pro made from? I already ordered the X% from a person on Facebook marketplace for a really good price of $40-- can't hurt if I do not use it that much. I really do not want to spend the kind of money that the original or steel bow is selling for so I went with the x5 and it has the box and instructions as well. So to spend just $40 cannot be that bad.

They are made of nylon webbing. A $40 X5 is a good deal. Enjoy and feel free to use our resources. www.bullworker.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/X5-Pro-Manual.pdf

What is jawline training and what is it for?
@Bullworker Жыл бұрын
@@kronos77 theories are we do not chew like we used to and because of that we are underdeveloped in our jaw strength. This can cause a number of problems. Therefore, exercising your jaw helps improve your jawline.

@@Bullworker Sounds misguided and structurally dangerous. I would think twice, though admittedly I haven't seen much of it yet. I work with people's structure and function and have seen plenty of people screw themselves up with crazy ideas like this. Sorry but like I said, be careful.

I’m the dumb one that uses no rollers to work the neck lol

So silly .. There is ONE single exercise shown in the (classic) Bullworker literature, and it's not even included in this video, even though it should be all you need to develop the neck muscles, and no helmet or "head protection" is even required: basically kneel on the floor w. the Bullworker in front of you standing up, placing the palm of one of your hands on top of the top end of the Bullworker, the palm of the other hand over your first hand, and then place your chin on top of the two of them. Push down with your chin/head and do the Isometic hold, and then relax. I imagine you can do this same exercise using the (shorter) Steel Bow while standing in front of a table with the Bullworker positioned sticking up from same.
