Thanks for this video. I've had the bullworker bow for over a year and have realised I was doing the exercises wrong. I really struggle with reading instructions and then carrying them out. I have been doing 10 seven second holds for each exercise with 2 sets, and it was taking an hour and a half + and was extremely challenging. This way is much easier and less time-consuming. This will also help me keep it up as some days I couldn't motivate myself to spend the time and effort to do it. Wish I'd found you earlier.
@Bullworker3 күн бұрын
Glad you are figuring it out now. That protocol of 10 seven second holds is intense! Yes, this is much more convenient and easier to stay consistent with. Keep Charging!
@waynemoss94143 күн бұрын
@Bullworker thanks, I have just done another workout today. Can you confirm 2 sets are optimum for muscle growth? Yes, doing all those holds really burns. I think I will still do some sessions like that as my muscles have never been so hard. Even when not tensing. Not like when I was solely doing weight training. The bullworker is a great product.
@Bullworker3 күн бұрын
@@waynemoss9414 Love to hear it. If you are coming from the long workouts you are used to, I recommend doing 3 sets. You can still do the sets of holds too. Another option is to try the isometric holds of 30 seconds, 12 seconds off and repeat for 5 sets (70% of max effort). Check out our library on the site. A lot more options there too. www.bullworker.com/workouts/

Heyhey...I'm Chris from Germany. I ordered the powerpack on Amazon. To be honest, i does not like the Steel Bow and Iso Flo, but loved the Classic Bow. Especially the size and range of motion.So I sent the power pack back to order the classic individually. But now I'm not sure which one to choose, the Classic or the X5 Pro. Any ideas 😀

I have a different kind of Bullworker story. In 1988 at the age of 36, I purchased a Bullworker. This was my first attempt at an exercise program since leaving high school in 1970. I remember wedging the Bullworker into a door frame and pushing upwards. Immediately, my heart started to flip and flop and frankly, it scared me. I put it down and didn't exercise again till I was 3 months away from my 70th birthday. I started a routine, (one hour) using dumbbells and resistance bands every other day. Within 3 months I had put on 15 lbs of muscle and I looked more cut/chiseled at 70 than I had at any other time in my lifetime. I've decided to invest again in a Bullworker at the age of 72 and see if a good isometric program can take me to another level. Thank you for your wonderful heartwarming story that I know has touched many lives along the way. P.S., I like to tell the story that there are days when I don't want to work out and then there are days when I really don't want to work out. But like you, I'm happy with the results so I do so regularly. Peace

Why don’t start compiling music based videos with full BW routine, just like Gym videos!?
@Bullworker27 күн бұрын
It is a good idea but we find if people want to listen to music when they are doing these routines it is better for them to choose what they like to listen to and play it. We prefer no music during our exercise routines because it brings more of a presence and concentration with a chance to get away from technology since the majority of the day is surrounded by it.

Hi Chrisman! With the Bullworker, if you can't push the device all the way together, is it better to stick with this spring in order to have the greatest possible range of motion? Or would it be better to switch to a stronger spring?
@BullworkerАй бұрын
Great question. They both can be good. If you are looking for more range of motion and reps, it could be good to go down a spring. If you would like to focus on the isometric side of things the harder spring can be a good thing since you are training in more of an extended or lengthened position. As long as you are exerting force, you will still have strength training benefits.
