Glitter is the most vile and evil material ever created, so it makes total sense to apply it to an evil altar. Cool project Scotty!

First Scotty, and now BMC. WTF is happening? Alright, which one of you crazy SOBs has been reading ancient Sumerian again without the proper precautions nearby? What did I tell you about that? Hmm, WHAT DID I TELL YOU!

Thanks, yeah using the glue really cuts down on getting the glitter everywhere.

Props for using recyclable materials. It's easy to forget that we can repurpose things for our crafts, rather than buy materials. Great job, Scotty!

An awesome build Scotty! It's been too long since you've done a build vid, it's good to see a new one. Plus, all the new materials and techniques only serve to highlight why you're the "Craftfather" of this community! :-)

Nice I like it. The crack in the scenery makes this even better like the giant claw is disturbing the surrounding land! Awesome.

Sides are good for making wooden boards. Take a wire brush to them, then you can cut them out to size.

Though I have enjoyed all of your videos through the years, this one truly harkens back to the old days of your stuff. I really enjoyed the trash to treasure aspects of the build, and how transformative the steps were. This was a great project, man! Thank you for sharing it!

So very welcome, want to do more trash to treasure in the near future.

The eggs that I buy started coming in that foam. Been using it in my crafts since the first box. Great material to work with. I did not know they made a black gesso so cheap.

Excellent video and tutorial with creative uses for upcycling household products and making some very interesting pieces. I'm curious regarding the Bounce and how it performs compared to the 'standard' of PVA or ModPodge for protecting delicate surfaces. It seems to hold detail very well. Again, great video and thanks.
