i like your style of painting a lot. i dont have the space to build such big boards so i keep everything modular in half a dozen crates. would love to have the space to do what you do ;D

It's still a premium brother which is why everything can be packed up.... which just means that you need room for all of the storage totes.....:) Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad that you you are enjoying my 'style' of painting! (which btw is just making up things as I go for the most part). Thanks again for stopping by!

Inspiring stuff - not just this videos, but pretty much all of your content. I am in process of building my small cyberpunk city board (it takes forever since i really lack free time) , and your stuff helps me stay motivated :)

What a wonderful thing to say! Thank you! (A little secret for you......... I have no free time either but I've decided that sleep is overrated and I'd rather be doing this than other things that insomnia creates) Stay awesome my dude! :)

So when you were doing your priming steps I saw a spot on one of the bases that was still shiny bare plexiglass and I started thinking it could be cool to have a spot that was painted like the sump tiles and then surround it with some mutant looking plants for a splash of color on one of these tiles.

These are things that go into the file for later use! Nice idea again and will be something that I'll be using in future stuff! Thanks for stopping by!

One thing I saw done on another channel (I think it might have been State of Play) was to print some images of sludge or ooze, and stick those under the plexiglass with the image side up. He also did a little painting around the edges on the underside in a similar color to what was on the images, and then on the top side a thin coat of modpodge or pva for a kind of liquid texture. so it really gives pools a things a sense of depth without having to dig out a chunk of the terrain piece. 😊

I saw that one too and I will probably incorporate things like that at some point on other sump boards in the future. There are a lot of great ideas out there. Thanks for bringing this up!
