The speaker covers the different types of necrosis, their causes, and the pathological changes that occur in the affected tissues. The video is well-organized and easy to follow, and the speaker is knowledgeable. In addition to the information presented in the video, it is important to note that necrosis is a complex process that is not fully understood. There are many ongoing research studies that are investigating the mechanisms of necrosis and its role in various diseases. Overall, this video is a great resource for anyone who wants to learn more about necrosis. It is informative, accurate, and easy to understand 😄

It is important to note that necrosis is a consequence of severe injury and is the main type of cellular damage that occurs in the body. Necrosis is characterized by protein denaturation, leakage of cellular contents, local inflammation, enzymatic digestion and an excessive increase of eosinophilia in the cytoplasm of cells. Inflammation is a common feature in all types of cell injury and is triggered by the activation of DAMPs (Danger Associated Molecular Pattern), mediated by the release of ATP and uric acid. Also, there are different types of necrosis, as mentioned in the video. Coagulative necrosis is the most common type and is frequently observed in solid organs. On the other hand, “gangrenous necrosis”, a term commonly used to describe lesions in extremities that lack vascularity and in which areas of coagulative necrosis are observed in the vascular planes, can also occur.

How do you get necrosis when having surgery of the breast or tummy tuck , is it because you have a health issue or is it due to the surgeon being clean etc
@guytelfer13533 жыл бұрын
Liquefaction is exposure to oxygen or air innerepidermal(under skin), consider air in small quantities intramuscular acting as a collector pulling oxygen from cells the air bubbles come in contact with causing apoptosis of rbc's plasma cells ect ect

sir on 2:23 you says the cell in coagulative necrosis break into fragments and taken up by macrophages and then on 2:55 you says the cell outline retained . if there is no cell then what makes the outline ?
@sanjayr19124 жыл бұрын
I think he told about early stage of necrosis at 2:55
@dhanushree_m2 жыл бұрын
There are 2 possibilities 1) the cell will become tombstone where they retain their cell wall and cytoplasm and nuclear identity is lost 2)it will undergo necrosis and the dead cells are phagocytosed leaving granular debris fragments of cells

Is necrosis a cancer?
@evildead75493 жыл бұрын
No however carcinogenic ingested variables can accelerate necrosis It is a very unpleasant and alarming situation if you smoke a cigarette after being exposed to pathogens that cause necrosis. Stay away from cigarettes until you detox if you are a cigarette smoker And are exposed to necrosis causing pathogens.
