the only thing i wish they’d add to winter soldier is a mantle passive ability. i feel like they could make it to where he could use his metal arm to hold on to a wall and pull himself up, just for a bit of mobility.

Honestly I know most of the characters are overpowered and that’s in a way balanaved but I reckon Bucky should have to use his refreshed ultra within a certain time frame it seems a little crazy always having ult uptime with how quick ukts charge in this game anyway
