12:05 That's not an issue with the addon, it's just a visual bug inherent to Source's ropes. They don't actually bend like you see, that's just for the effect. That effect can get caught on terrain or physics objects, and since it doesn't actually affect physics, it just gets pulled behind and stretched to infinity. You can see the rest of the entity is moving normally, without these stretched ropes affecting it, since it's a client-side effect.

IDEA: it could make/ turn into 4 entities' 1.(Amalgamation) it drags corpses with a rope and consumes it, medium speed 2.(Unforgiving) it can turn into fakers, so it groans when shot it drags NPC's and Players, it's hard to outrun Enraged: it rushes around you but not directly attacking until your alone 3.(Blob & it's tentacles) if the amalgamation takes too much damage or randomly wants to split apart it can turn into blobs. They are slower than your running speed, if they are small they turn into tentacles, not much they grab you and drag you into their pile of goop, they can also be on walls and ceilings, blobs can spawn and kill them, they merge with other blobs or cubes 4. (Eater) Giant worm like mass of flesh and wires, they can be stalled and juked, they tend to hit walls, they break windows but not doors, they may drag corpses into random places or a pile and consume later.

I am forgetting the setting at the moment but there is a setting that effects it combining with other cubes. You can basically make it always do it if you want. ( Keep in mind I found that setting in the files themselves and not the console. )
