Just so you know, there's host_timescale cheats to slow the game down, and thus all physics in game. So you can have a high FPS by slowing down the game and speeding up the recording. Example: host_timescale 0.05, speed up by 20x on the video editor

says water.... handles like jello I would say instead of set particle radius, it should make some very complex math and set the particle size dynamically... Where physics are done and cant be easily approximated, smaller radius, so the nice detail is shown. Where water is still or physics can be easily approximated, much higher radius.
