Yup usually the third season tends to be the peak of a television show. Because the first season is usually the introduction of the show while the second season tries different things and eliminating what didn't work of season 1. Then season 3 is the best of both worlds. Grabbing what works and expanding upon it. Plus they were kids so by season 3 they got better at acting.
