6:37 "THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE, WHY ARE YOU ABLE TO PUT A SAMPLE IN A MIDI TRACK?!" This is the biggest confusion of literally everyone who uses something other than FL. @@NeddieOfficial ableton seems like you spend much more time in drop down menus and having to work thru menus. I like the way FL Studios workflow is, for instance, with placing patterns into the playlist. I've tried A LOT of DAWs before getting FL Studio. I've tried Cakewalk, LMMS, Studio One, Ableton, Renoise, and Cubase, but FL Studio just felt so much more intuitive to me. As an FL User who just tried out ableton. I noticed a few things. When I tried Ableton, I tried extensively to use shortcuts using ctrl and shift. I also realised that you can put different tracks on the same line of the playlist, hence why Neddie was so confused when he could put the kick in the 3x osc's playlist spot. I also noticed he kept dragging along the playlist expecting it to do something. My conclusion: FL studio is more based on keyboard shortcuts and Ableton is focused on having more things in one place.
