I've recently treated myself to a oak window board, realised i could have used birch as a xheaper option afterwards... Ive left a room for expansion, at the back. My question is do you need to leave room for expansion or as it can move at the front does that suffice?

I'm really liking the contrast of bare plywood walls and windows sill and white ceiling and trims, it would be a shame to paint the walls I think

Yeah I agree! I have varnished the walls in clear Ronseal and am going to leave it just like that 😃

@@sumeraybuilds I'd say that's a good start assuming the workbench will be the centrepiece of the workshop I'd build that first and decide where everything else fits around it 👍
