I can't believe this is only the second adabox y'all have done! We need to see more customer homes with an adabox attached. Once people realize the flexibility of this setup, orders should start to roll in. The pricing of the Incrediboxes is already low, and to be able to expand should be very attractive to all!

Both times, they have had to accomplish the conjoining of I-Boxes on absurdly sloped lots. That is no easy feat to do, and it took the team of Tom and Randy to get it done. 💪

Well no one is perfect. Residents had to do extra to their lots at ITH cause we kept flooding. Forest has lots that not leveled but you added blocks to level them. So I don't know why you made that statement Mr Joned

Yes, Randy did a great job insulating that pocket and triming it out! I hope they add wood trim around their windows now, to match. Tom caulked and installed the flashing to seal up the pocket between the homes. And they both did the hard work of evening up the homes next to each other, and bringing them together, as close as humanly possible. What a concept, executed perfectly, by an amazing team. Well done, guys! 👏 👏

@@kathleenomalley7838 if they’re the ONLY ones using it, yes. BUT, when the pocket door is closed, you now have an air pocket between the 2 Incrediboxes. It may allow some sound transmission as the structures are joined- I honestly don’t know, but it’s a thought.

Not to be a negative but I thought your company was about supplying homes for people who couldn't afford the exorbitant prices of real estate? I thought this was to help people with fixed incomes, low incomes etc etc. Now folks are buying as rentals etc which will drive up the prices of homes and the lots just as they did with normal homes thus pushing it out of reach of those who really need these homes.

Why is it wrong for the couple involved to finance their lot rent with an AirBnB attached to their IncrediBox? They may be trying to support a fixed income or financial situation you know NOTHING about. Who are you to say what is possible, doable, for someone else? Who are you to decide what is the dollar amount which is affordable for others? ITH is NOT a NONPROFIT, has never said they will offer homes which suits every budget. Take your negativity & apply it to yourself. You are insulting the homeowners of this install.

That connection between the two is concerning. Moisture intrusuon and condensation are very concerning because those metal gaps and gaps in between the lots.
