What's really funny is that in the PS2 version of Hot Pursuit 2, you can actually race as a cop car (dubbed Pursuit Edition) in HP race mode. The cops even comment on it when ID'ing your car! "Vehicle is a borrowed police car..."

To be honest they were all good, undercover was the last decent game. After that they completely ruined the series. Most wanted 2005 takes the top spot for me i think, followed by Carbon and then this.

TheGameCollectorPage thanks I even remade EA's Pursuit Crown Victoria from both the PS2 & Gamecube/Xbox/PC/Arcade versions of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 I do remaking the PS1 NFS HS police cars on my list. In fact speaking of NFS HS on PC I already remade the original traffic Caprice from that version. My pal XJ220 is the one who built the models that I based my cars on.

Louis Marinucci I love the caprice on NFS HS. I wish they would have added the taxi from the trailer onto the original game. Sadly the idea was removed from the final version of the game.

Hello, are the description codes in PAL or NTSC format? I have been searching and looking for the PS1 PAL version vehicle modifier codes to drive the NFS 3 Police vehicles for quite some time, but all sites that used to host such codes for the European PAL version are gone now unfortunately which is a shame, Would be nice to drive the Police 1978-90 Chevrolet Caprice, 1997 Ford Crown Victoria, Lamborghini LM002 and Eagle Talon (Empire City Police Unit only on the PS1 Version) as well as the Special Police Interceptors which are the Grey/White Chevrolet Corvette C5 Interceptor shown in the video and the Amber Gold Lamborghini Diablo SV Interceptor, thanks for any help you can provide.

+p12diamond101 The ones i have is NTSC. When i get time, I will do some digging to try to find the PAL codes. I will do my best to find all of them. I can't test if any of the PAL codes work cause i only have NTSC format.

+TheGameCollectorPage Thanks very much for the help, but unfortunately that listed "all cars and tracks unlocked" code only unlocks the general content already available in-game, tried different combinations with the code and on NFS 3 itself but no Police vehicle spawned at all. Have also tried another different code format some days ago but was unsuccessful, the codes in question that I found were a list of vehicle modifier codes within the gamehacking.org forum made by a user named "Hybrid" which he made years ago but they froze my game on the console itself after the gauge animation screen, which means they half worked but are broken in general, I will keep looking too.

+p12diamond101 One thing you can do is download a ps1 emulator on your pc if your pc can run ps1 games. You can also go on eBay or amazon and buy a NTSC copy of the game. You might need gameshark to load the game since it's NTSC. I had to use gameshark to play the japan version of this game on my NTSC console. If i find anything else about the codes i will let you know.

List of cheat codes for the japan version of NFS III HP Also known as Over Drivin III HP. --- 1, All cars, all standard tracks Enter SPOILT as a name on the options screen. --- 2, Additional camera views Enter SEEALL as a name on the options screen. Additional views normally only available during replays will be available under the options screen. Note: The extra views may only be enabled in single player mode. --- 3, Crash other cars Press Start to load the race after selecting the game options, then immediately hold Start + Select + R1 + L2 before the loading screen appears. Keep the buttons held until the loading screen disappears. Beep the horn during game play to flip the other cars.
