Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012) on the Microsoft Surface Pro

The game turned out to be very unplayable. I can barely control the car using a PS3 controller.
Settings were as low as they could go, the game is just too demanding.

The Surface Pro is a great product with a few drawbacks, those being it's thickness and weight(not a big deal) and the presence of cooling fans(big deal to me). The Surface Pro 2 with Haswell will be far superior and probably a bit cheaper with far better battery life. It will also be much thinner and lighter, with no fans. That's the one I'm waiting for.

Woah I never knew NDS most wanted was that graphic intense that even an i5 ivy bride can't handle it

Most Wanted is so badly optimized that u need a fast and solid frame rate. If the frame rate drops the input lag increases noticeably. Most Wanted already has some input lag problems in the first place so the game becomes unplayable... I think that Need for Speed the run will runs quite well on the Surface Pro.

It is very laggy for an i5, yet this is probably the best a tablet will ever do. Have you had it crash when playing a hardcore game?

Well playing with 5 FPS on anything is pretty bad. I doubt changing the controller would do much.

Lower the resolution. Will run much better as the Surface's native res is 1080p. An Intel card can't cope with that :P

lock the framerate to 30 makes the game a lot faster on slower hardware

the Frame rate Looks almost same to me compared to the PS3 super Slim haha
