Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware that there was a google-drive client app(s) available for FreeBSD. I just assumed there wasn't. There's nothing wrong with simple and straightforward CLI tools.

Hi Rex, thanks for watching. I agree, sometimes it's easier to type something rather than click through a tonne of options :)

Thanks for sharing, learned a lot about FreeBSD in your channel. Can you explain how FreeBSD connects to OneDrive?

Hi 劉柏汎, glad I could help, I am afraid I do not use OneDrive but will look into it, keep an eye out for a future video on the subject :)

Nice one Gary! I went backwards for the past year, no more cloud (paranoia kicked in) now it's Blu-ray discs and SSD really. (Maybe mega if I triple hash my backups, still need to look about 15 times through the window to see if there's any black vans parked outside).

If you are paranoid, Tarsnap should be perfect for you :)

@@Felix-ve9hs I literally watched his presentation about the technology last month, it has potential, pity it's a paid service atm*.

Nice one! Maybe, instead of using a cron, you can play with a custom shell script, running in the background, calling "inotifywatch" or "inotifywait" (from the inotify-tools package). This would provide a bit of reactiveness and making it more enjoyable ;)
