Doughnut ice-cream wreath
Serves 12 | Prep: 20 mins | Cooking: 5 mins
Ingredients:
1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
¼ cup (35g) pistachios
½ cup (125ml) Coles salted caramel sauce
2 tbs brandy
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
15 Coles cinnamon doughnuts
Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Raspberries and strawberries, to serve
Freeze dried raspberries, to serve
Method:
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the sugar in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins or until sugar melts and turns golden. Pour over the lined tray and quickly sprinkle with pistachios. Set aside to cool. Coarsely chop.
2. Combine the caramel sauce, brandy, cinnamon and nutmeg in a jug. Arrange the doughnuts, ice cream, strawberries and raspberries on a serving platter. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with pistachio toffee and raspberry powder. Serve
immediately.

Ingredients:
368g Coles The Sweetporium Co. Passionfruit Pavlova Dessert
2 tbs passionfruit pulp
½ mango, seeded, peeled, sliced
2 tbs grated white chocolate
5 Coles Vanilla Meringue Kisses
Icing sugar, to dust
Method:
1. Place the dessert on a serving platter. Top with passionfruit pulp, mango and sprinkle with chocolate. Top with meringues, to decorate and dust with icing sugar.
