Good kit. I agree with going through the first aid kit. I would also loose the case the socket set is in. Blow mold takes a ton of space. Put your sockets on rails and get another tool roll. I am putting my spare on the roof of my RC. Cut a tire last fall. We were 30 miles of WV trails from the truck. Took all the plugs we had but limped her to the hauler. Thanks for sharing.

A second fire extinguisher in the back or on the passenger side. An external tire patch kit to complement your plug kit. Does the spare have to be 32"? Couldn't you get away with a lighter weight 29"? No one cares what your ride looks like limping back to camp, they just care about getting back to camp. With all the tools you have, you could take a tire apart, patch it from the inside, put it back together, and air it up. (Just another option... Your two under seat kit bags are excellent and I'm going to be copying a lot of what you're doing there!)
@GLifeUTV3 жыл бұрын
Installing a 29 even for a short ride back. will cause the diff to bind. especially the rear. it would skip alot. probably could get away with it tho. interior patch is a great idea bro. so is an extra fire extinguisher. thanks for watching 👍

@underourrock3 жыл бұрын
Certainly and thanks for sharing your videos / very helpful comments. I learn a lot when people take the time to explain. What is the lightest weight tire and rim that you could use on the front and still be a reliable spare tire? (One step up from a "donut" but not massive / not heavy... Could even be a thinner width tire. Also regarding that second extinguisher: you'll never regret having more capacity ... You'll only regret not having it if and when the time comes.
