Personally I thought time travel was perfect for "Oracle" rather than "Batgirl" because, yes, Oracle was a techno-whiz but she is named after the Oracle from Greek mythology which had the ability of prophecy. Actually, the Red Hood's(Jason Todd's) skin is fireproof/explosion proof, due to the Lazarus Pit making it impossible for him to die the same way twice(by fiery explosion), which is why he's now a pyromaniac, loves explosions, guns, and even wears an explosive red helmet. It was said that Jason can actually take a bazooka to the face and survive quite easily.

Id say seeing into the future up to a few minutes or hours would also be good for batgirl or Tim drake. It would allow them to create a plan and look into the future to see how it goes, so they can adapt the plan to get the besr possible outcome

In the comic books Jason isn't brought back to life with the Lazarus Pit. He actually wakes up in his grave about 6 months after he died and is later healed by Talia al Ghul with the pit. I haven't read that comic book so I don't know for sure why Talia did it, but I'm pretty sure it was because Jason had brain damage from his death or something along those lines.

I want to run my own experiment: which Dragonmark from Ebberson should each member of the Bat Family get? Batman: Mark of Shadow. Good name aside, this Mark gives its bearer powers of illusion and divination which would be very helpful in his sneaking, scaring, and investigating M.O. Alfred: Mark of Healing or Mark of Hospitality (this gives its bearer magically summoned/supported food and shelter). Both work well in his role as support for the family. Nightwing: Mark of Passage. This one was tough, but given his focus on agility and his longtime friendship with Wally West, this feels right. Red Hood: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Warding. One of these grants personal protection, the other lets you set magical alerts and traps, which fits in with Jason's fear of being helpless. Also, the Mark of Death is an option which maybe gives its bearer the power to create the undead (not sure as this one is considered "lost" and its powers forgotten). Red Robin: Mark of Finding or Mark of Detection. I was tempted to give these to Batman as they are very good for a detective. Robin: Mark of Sentinel. The House that bears it runs mercenary and body guard services. Also it makes the bearer resistant to some types of damage, which would be nice for a martial artist who fights metahumans. Batgirl/Oracle: Mark of Passage/Mark of Scribing. The Mark of Scribing grants its bearer power related to writing and long-distance communication, perfect for a computer expert. Batwoman: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Storm. This fits with her strong, forceful personality and her military background. Batwing: Mark of Making or Mark of Storm. Making probably feels more like it should be his father's, but Needlemouse gave Luke the power to craft his own suit, so this feels complementary to that. Storm just feels like it would fit with the suit's large amounts of firepower. Honorable Mention: Catwoman: She kind of does have a superpower, an uncanny skill at animal handling limited to felines. Thus she gets the Mark of Handling, but already basically has it.

I think Damien would have some kind of battle intuition. Not exactly seeing the future, but similar to Deathstroke and Ravager, he is able to fully anticipate his opponents next move and have a slowed sense of time to be able to plan accordingly. Just my thought 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think a good Red Hood superpower would be him to be able to instantly pick up a gun and know exactly how to operate it and how to use it effectively. So let's say that there's another Infinite Crisis storyline and red hood has to go onto an alien ship to help out. He finds a gun there they doesn't know he picks it up and instantly knows how to use it and what it does. It would kind of be like Damien's power but except for with red hood it would be guns. But there are some other suggestions that I like from the comments like a healing Factor and I do like your suggestion being able to instantly have any weapon at his disposal. Which would be pretty cool

For example some materials would have enhanced strength ,such as diamonds, while others may have enhanced flight capabilities, etc... It would be an interesting idea to play around with in comics.
