Friend, if you are that much older, you have to demonstrate way more maturity than her. 20 year age gap and 2 months, you have to accept that this is 99,99% chance going to be short term. Just enjoy the experience while it lasts and let it go because she's going to likely marry and want kids with a guy her age. The fact you're coming unhinged and overthinking this, is a major turn off to her and probably not the picture of an older guy she thought dating you would be like. Bit the bullet and signed up for a Skype call with Craig this Friday, nervous as hell. Came home yesterday to my ex in my neighbor's yard checking their water meter. He didn't look up. I took the hint from his body language not to say hi, it was the same energy he had when he was about to get angry or cold. I just talked to the neighborhood cats and got my mail. I knew some day we'd see each other but I didn't think he'd act like he didn't know me. Hope the Skype call helps because I've done all I know to do and it only seems to be getting worse.

@@JohnSmith-ns6dp Good days and bad days. A family friend is in the middle of a divorce so we gripe about our situations and encourage each other. I introduced him to this channel so he'll ask questions about stuff he hasn't watched yet. Having to share what I've learned helps put it in a different perspective. I still miss my ex a lot. I still feel like screaming because my best friend is gone. But my line to my friend going through a divorce is "we're gonna get through this, one day at a time." I'm five months NC and it's still one day at a time but I'm getting through it.

Im searching for s video. The email and story you read was a women eho had seperation anxiety. She got mad her boyfriend ot husband when he stayed out an hour later then normal. She panicked got mad. Started a fight eith him. This has been my behaviour aldo. Fear of loosing the relationship so i self sabotaged anyway. Pushing them away. Its do crazy how the brain works.
