Mam Atp energy will be used when the ions move against concentration gradient.but in repolarization stage the potassium ions will move according to the concentration gradient..so..why the atp is required here..Na ions are more inside and k ions are higher outside..pls clear my doubt mam

Why both sides get with positive charge if potassium is outside then positive charge develops and if move inside it should also generate positive charge
@athuldas93506 жыл бұрын
Neeraj kumar the negative charge inside is due to the -vely charged protiens that are present inside
@devendraganorkar5 жыл бұрын
after depolarization due to opp. charge charge is get travelled nd, due to travel of charge repolarization is happen then why is need of k+ ion to travell outside for repolarization?
@dhulachandrabariki12475 жыл бұрын
In order to create electropositive nature in ECF as Na + channel is closed...so to fill positive charge k+ channel opens and repolarization occurs .
