Heart of vertebrate is homologous because structure of tissue of all vertebrate heart is same structure we donot consider how many chamber of heart for similarity of structure but we consider tissue of heart and function of heart is different we donot consideri for pumping but consider oxygenated and deoxygenated blood like in fishes all the time heart contain deoxygenated blood or partially deoxygenated in ambhibians,.most of the reptiles but only oxygenated blood in aves , crocodile, and mammals so function is different

Soumya Prasad phylloclade is homologus with the Stem since phylloclade is modified stemand It is analogus to leaves as they perform same function( photosynthesis)
