Thanks for the review. I put got the Godox Beauty Dish (S-3) for my AD200 Pro and it is too small and produces a light that is too harsh. So thought this one would be a better alternative and suddenly your video pops up ^^. For the price and as a ultra mobile solution I guess this may be the best variant you can get from what I found so far.

What the point to use beauti dish outside for this kind of photo? You just loose so much power from strobe with out getting proper effects. So small beauti dish don't give You proper effects for full body, better will be take off the reflector from inside and make from this soft box. All the softness what beauti dish create just desapear, if You use it like on this session I think 🤔

While a good point, I’d disagree (sort of) The beauty dish ensures I get a good round “catch light” in my subject’s eyes. Also, despite it being low power, It allows me to brighten up any harsh shadows. And since we were in a park I was worried about tree cover and the leaves creating “spotty” lighting. Yes, this dish wasn’t working at full capacity BUT it helped “lift” the shoot rather than carry it.
