I watched documentaries about Steph Curry numerous times. He is my favorite NBA player. It began as my medical issues started in 2014. His career was just about to skyrocket. Kidney disease, job loss, and deaths of some friends had me down, but I stayed inspired people and my Faith. I received a transplant last year and suffered a heart attack days later with other complications. My Father was in the hospital 2 floors above me at the time. He survived. Instead of 5 days in the hospital, I was there for 4 weeks plus an additional week of physical therapy. I spent my birthday in a physical rehab hospital. I was home for Thanksgiving. My journey continues to this day. I placed my story here as an inspiration. Stay strong, be positive, and don't give up. If your religious, keep your faith. Prayers by friends, family, myself and total strangers happened for me. They are happening for you whether you realize it or not. The battle is not lost. Take care.
