Thank you Rob !! This series has taught me more than anything else has in many years. And not because I've been stuck, I've been learning a lot. I was one of those silly "shredder" types who was transcribing Bach Concertos and Paganini's Caprices in the late 80's/early 90's. But this stuff is so mind blowing to me. Also, Freewill !! One of my fave Rush songs. along with Natural Science, Hemispheres, La Villa Strangiato, Cygnus X-1, Jacob's Ladder...

I will study this intriguing and exciting concept further. This will open my understanding music as emotiona (DBQ)l yet a systematic approach to augment the theory of sound. Light can be described as either particle or wave theorms. Music theory tonal interchange as juxtaposed to modal negative harmony, wow!

You could of shown it with D Dorian. Then it would of been obvious and a little easier to see the brightness/darkness order of sharps and flats with the modes D lydian 3 #'s D Ionian 2#'s D mixolydian 1# D Dorian D aeolian 1b D phrygian 2b's D locrian 3b's

How does "A" locrin mode evolve into a "B" locrin mode with a C flat when using negative modal harmony theory?
