Negative town !!

Negative Town !! Talking about yesterday's Meniere's attack. Try not to go negative. It doesn't help you with dealing with Meniere's. It will just making it worse. Stay positive better days will come.

Hi Dave. Thank you for being an encourager. Sparing the details I had a lot going on at my home yesterday. After all that I went to see my niece’s new home. I came home made a quick dinner and out the door to play a game of cards with ladies. I wasn’t there 20 minutes and my ear filled up. I was embarrassed but I had to leave. Rough night. Today my opposite ear feels full. I’m taking it slow today. So out of sorts. Do I hate this? Absolutely. Can I live with it? I have no choice. Can I make the best of it? Yes I can. Your videos help me to understand that. Have a no spin weekend.

Hey Dave…that’s amazing that your pups knew you were getting an attack! I’m going through VRT now and it’s exhausting. I’m going twice a week and there are days when I say to myself, I don’t want to do this anymore. Then it passes and I go because it’s the only option I have. You made me laugh with the eye roll about The Andy Griffith Show 😂. Hope you’re having a better day today 🥰

You obviously do not have symptoms 24/7. I am so tired of people saying don't be negative when you can not even function on a daily basis. Be thankful you can still run errands, etc.!

I am thankful that I can do errands. But it's not and everyday or even every week. My symptoms may not be 24/7 but believe the symptoms are there a lot. I do suffer too. Even though we have Meniere's we are all different with how it effects us.
