Neglected Citroën XM 2.5 Turbo Diesel with LOW MILES!

Very nice diesel engine in this one, known for blowing head gaskets but if you don't go past 150 km/u without watching the temperature gauge it can do 500000km easily. Very soft running diesel when it is warm. Probably the window regulator cable is snapped, replace with early xm ones because the cables are known to rust less. Window is probably in the door. Suspension doesn't have to be broken when it sits so low. Are you going to fix it?
