That man obviously loved the dog but just didnt know how to look after him, its a shame he couldnt make the decision earlier to surrender him so hats off to whoever reported it and to the rescuers.

That poor dog. Why do people get a dog, chain it up 24/7 pay no attention to it and this is the result. He will be Euthenized because his owner neglected him completely. There's no excuse for that.

Outdated training methods on such a dog! Tugging hard on the lead to teach something with pain? And then put him to sleep because you're not good trainers? He should have gone to a Forster home! You did a poor job on him! Shame on you!

This dog was worked with by the best trainers the spca had and wasn't able to be rehabilitated. It's really scummy for you to abuse these hard working rescuers of killing dogs for no reason
