Negotiation is basically a game involving two or many parties to obtain what is of mutual interest. The ultimate goal is not actually to find a middle way, but to win the negotiation by getting the deal we want or the best deal.

I'm a little confused. Your explanation has 40 buyer cards and 32 seller cards. Yet states there should be 36 of each

hearing these instructions say "learner" instead of "player" is really annoying to me for some reason
